Homozygous black/white North American Spotted Draft stallion, imported from USA.
Tall, (mature height around 17h), docile temperament and guaranteed to put colour on all his
offspring ie 'homozygous' to throw colour, also tested homozygous for black (will not throw
chestnut/white). The vision behind the importation of this magnificent gentle giant, a new breed
for New Zealand, was based on the proven versatility of the draft crosses that have shown time
and again that they can compete with consistent success in virtually every field of equestrian sport.
With the added bonus of colour giving the WOWfactor, this stallion's progeny will in time be sure
to make their mark on the New Zealand sport horse scene. His oldest three offspring are now
rising 4 years, and showing their potential with great conformation, athletic and correct
movement, WOWfactor colour and most importantly , the docile temperaments. All his offspring are
people friendly and are so easy to teach. We are constantly receiving enthusiastic reports about
Bud's babies.
Coloured Drafts --
When put over Clydesdale, Shire, Percheron etc mares, Bud will produce fabulous coloured draft
horses. What a magnificent sight to see a team of coloured drafts in harness.
This breed of draft horses is also popular as riding horses in USA, country of origin.

With great excitement, we introduce --- PLATINUM PLAYBOY (Denny)
Direct from Bufalo, USA, this gorgeous young stallion is a rare cremello American Saddlebred,
also registered with American Warmblood Society. Because he is a cremello, he is guaranteed
to throw palomino offspring from chestnut mares. He will throw other dilute colours such as buckskin
and smokey black as well as paly from other mares. Our understanding is that all his foals will be
dilute coloured.
This guy can MOVE! A top dressage rider in USA was disappointed when she found out that she
had missed out on him. He has amazing UPHILL elastic movement! And standing around 16.2h, with
his amazing action, and guaranteed palomino and other dilute colours, his foals are going to be
decidedly WOWFACTOR! He has two foals in USA, both are palomino.
Denny's uncle, Denmarks Golden Playboy, A PALOMINO, was sold to Holland in 90s for $320000 US.
Later a palomino colt (Kalomino) by this stallion , out of a Dutch mare, was exported back to USA and is
now a top level dressage stallion.
Denny is a sweetie, is so easy to teach and enthusiastic about everything. A full on stallion, but so easy to
manage. One handler enroute from the USA described him as ''a big softie''. Stud fee $1500, ''ON FARM'' only, inc gst, first collection, insemination and grazing etc for first cycle .
In USA , a new sporthorse is being developed ie NATIONAL SHOWHORSE (NSH). This is a mix of
American Saddlebred and Arabian, sometimes different percentages. This is an incredible type of horse with elegance, beauty, uphill movement, intelligence and presence to burn. Our purebred Arab, Honey (SS Shaani) has had a fabulous palomino NSH colt by Denny. He is everything we expected and more! This foal was sold in utero. Honey's 2008 foal by Denny is also sold.
